Terms of Service
Last updated: October 2026
These Terms of Service govern your use of the MOONVEIL online store and any purchase you make from it. By using our store or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. Products
We try to display our products and their colors as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that your screen shows them exactly. Sizes and measurements are approximate.
2. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. We reserve the right to change prices at any time and to cancel orders placed with a clearly incorrect price. Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments, PayPal and other providers shown at checkout.
3. Orders
We may refuse or cancel any order, for example in cases of suspected fraud, stock issues or pricing errors. If we cancel an order you already paid for, you'll receive a full refund.
4. Shipping, returns and refunds
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Refund Policy, both of which form part of these terms.
5. Intellectual property
All content on this store, including text, images, logos and designs, belongs to MOONVEIL or its licensors and may not be copied or used without our written permission.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MOONVEIL is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our store or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product involved. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state where the customer receives their order, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
